We are seeking an energetic and motivated Area Branch Manager with an Associate Broker License to lead our dynamic teams in Sterling Heights and Clinton Township. This pivotal role focuses on agent recruitment, training, development, and retention to drive our agency's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Identify, attract, and onboard talented real estate agents to expand our team.
Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance agents' skills and performance.
Retention: Foster a positive and engaging work environment to maintain high agent retention rates.
Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Performance Management: Monitor and assess agent performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Client Relations: Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and developments to keep the team informed and competitive.
Qualifications:
Associate Broker License is required.
Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
Strong recruitment and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in real estate software and tools.
Compensation:
Base salary of approximately $85,000 plus uncapped commission per year.
