A community-focused financial services organization in the Bellingham area is hiring a full-time Customer Service Manager to help lead branch operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the teller line and mobile branch staff, partnering closely with branch leadership, and supporting both service excellence and operational soundness.
What you’ll do:
Supervise and support tellers and mobile branch staff
Coach, train, and develop team members
Ensure strong customer service, compliance, and operational accuracy
Support audits, cash controls, and risk management
Assist with scheduling, workflow, and branch performance goals
Resolve escalated customer issues and support complex transactions
Serve as a resource across branch operations and new accounts
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in retail banking (branch ops, sales, or new accounts)
Proven people leadership or team lead experience
Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and compliance
Confident communicator with a service-first mindset
Comfortable balancing people leadership with hands-on branch work
