IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Salary: $62,400 – $83,200 annually (depending on experience)
A well-established, community-focused organization in the Everett area is hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to support internal users in an onsite, hands-on environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to IT resource — troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and keeping systems running smoothly in a professional, regulated setting.
What you’ll do:
Provide in-person, phone, and remote IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPN
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Document issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with vendors as needed
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of IT / Desktop / Technical Support experience (or equivalent)
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Microsoft 365 and Intune experience preferred
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments a plus
Ability to work onsite and travel locally between offices
Schedule:
Full-time, onsite | Monday–Friday
Occasional after-hours or on-call support
