We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the Houston, Louisiana, and Arkansas territories. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and increase market share.
Manage and grow sales within assigned territories by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and increasing market share.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with potential customers.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales programs and initiatives that align with company objectives and goals.
Provide product information and technical support to customers, and work closely with the product management team to ensure product knowledge is up to date.
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline development.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the attachment industry, with knowledge of the material handling business and product flow.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories, and occasionally outside of assigned territories.
