Corporate Recruiter

Spartan Capital Group is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job located in Dearborn, MI. This is a direct hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, and identifying potential internal candidates
• Conducting in-person interviews of potential new hires
• Making offers to candidates
• Checking references of new hires
• New hire orientation
• Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of recruiting experience working in a corporate environment
• College degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation:

$60,000

Work Hours:

9:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week
