Spartan Capital Group is a nationwide professional recruiting firm, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our security and investigations client. In this FULLY REMOTE position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience calling on leaders within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. They will also possess a bachelor’s degree in business and at least five years of progressive business development experience and/or is a seasoned HR professional that is interested in making a career transition.
The Business Development Manager will report to the CEO and will play a critical role in the success of our client's organization. We are looking for a candidate that takes a consultative approach within their sales technique and is comfortable working within a longer sales cycle.
