Spartan Capital Group is partnering with a $30M company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, onsite position paying up to $65k commensurate with responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience processing 50-100 invoices weekly, working with QuickBooks Online (training for Sage will be provided), and collaborating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 50–100 accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently each week.
• Work with QuickBooks Online to manage accounts payable records, with training provided for Sage.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team as needed.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of AP experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Collaborative, proactive personality

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000
• Full benefits package
