Environmental Health & Safety Safety Supervisor (Bilingual Mandarin/English Required)
Salary Range: $70K – $90K DOE
We’re seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety programs at a high-tech manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This role will establish and oversee a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and workplace regulations.
What You’ll Do
Lead site safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and manage programs for chemical safety, waste management, ergonomics, and emergency response.
Partner with manufacturing and operations to integrate EHS into equipment, process design, and daily operations.
Track performance metrics, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions.
Provide safety training and communication across all levels of the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Must be bilingual in Mandarin/ English
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental/Occupational Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing; semiconductor/solar/chemical experience preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence across teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
