Internal Control Specialist (Bilingual Mandarin/English)
Salary Range: $55K – $75K DOE Location: Mesa, AZ
We’re seeking a bilingual Internal Control Specialist to support a growing manufacturing operation in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for building and maintaining internal control systems that strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. The position requires frequent collaboration with colleagues in both the U.S. and China, so Mandarin fluency is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal control frameworks aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.
Assess risks and recommend solutions to protect financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
Conduct internal audits, evaluate system performance, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Document control processes, prepare management reports, and support review meetings.
Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control systems and best practices.
Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies, supporting audit schedules and compliance activities.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin is required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (electrical or mechanical engineering preferred).
3+ years of internal control or audit experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical tools for process control a plus.
