Spartan Capital Group has partnered with an extremely reputable client based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area in search for a REMOTE Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist. This is a direct-hire position paying up to $56k commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 3+ years experience working with 1000+ invoices on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute 1,200 monthly invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage the billing cycle from start to finish
- Monitor client accounts and follow up on past-due payments
- Prepare and submit account statements to clients as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
