Spartan Capital Group is looking for a Compensation Analyst job with the nation’s largest protection company in the US.  THIS IS 100% REMOTE POSITION that can sit anywhere in the country and can work from any time zone – the role will never require in-office representation (should that be your preference).  The company is looking for an experienced person who will provide details, advise leadership and deliver compensation programs to hiring managers.  This is a direct hire position that comes with a competitive salary.  Here is a bit more about this job:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Evaluation of existing jobs, requested jobs and pipelined jobs to determine appropriate classification
  • Create and implement a new job grading and coding systems in according to compensation standards
  • Enhance job description library with the partnership of department managers and the HR team
  • Participate in salary surveys and analysis of results

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in compensation methodologies
  • Solid understanding of a human resources system such as Oracle HCM (which is preferred) as well as experience doing Vlookups, pivot tables and macros
  • Able to communicate and deliver information to all levels of hiring managers
