Being a successful Executive Recruiter with Spartan Capital Group requires some hard work, tech-savvy and creative thinking on your part to find the very best candidates—whether they’re actively looking for jobs or not. Although this position has freedom and autonomy by working remotely as an independent contractor, it requires an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a desire to work closely with a team of industry experts. The ideal candidate will have had proven success in the agency recruiting industry or corporate recruiting but is looking for a team focused on results rather than metrics.
Your Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment
As a Executive Recruiter, you’ll interview and screen candidates to determine their skill sets and get to know their individual characteristics. Then, you’ll work closely with your sales team to find opportunities that match your candidates’ skills, experience, knowledge, and personalities.
Client Management
Being an Executive Recruiter will give you the opportunity to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at leading Fortune 500 firms, start-ups, and middle-market companies. The sales team brings in new clients by finding contacts through research, prospecting, direct marketing, and client presentations. Once we get their commitment, you’ll impress these clients by successfully fulfilling their searches for top talent and being a liaison during the interview process.
Your Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree NOT required
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work productively in a team environment
-A passion for helping people and working with others
-Proven success in the Agency Recruiting industry is required
-Self-motivated professionals with a dedicated home office space and the ability to work from home.
