Spartan Capital Group is seeking an HR Manager in Detroit, MI. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for performance management, training and development programs, and general HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
Spearhead program development in performance management
Manage various programs
Oversee performance reviews, leadership development, and succession planning
Succession planning
Coordinate company events
Employee relations
Assist with onboarding and integration for new hires
Review documents and conduct exit interviews
Benefits administration
Requirements:
6+ years in HR leadership role
Supervisory experience is required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Superior communication and organizational skills
SHRM-CP and/or PHR certifications are preferred
Salary: $80K-$90K
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 generally speaking
Location: In office with possibility for remote weekly.
