Responsibilities:
Supporting users with network issues
Supporting many aspects of the IT infrastructure, while acting as a network SME
Maintaining TCP/IP protocols, routers, switches, VLANs, Active Directory, firewalls, etc.
Working with Exchange and O365
Managing tickets in a timely manner while providing top-notch customer service
Working with system administrators to maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
4+ years in a network focused role
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, applicable experience can substitute
A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, and/or other certifications
Team player: ability to work in a team and individually
Excellent customer service skills, verbal, and written communication
Self-starter and self-motivated
Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Location: Detroit, MI; Hybrid, 50% in office, 50% remote
