• Strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to understand new software systems

Responsibilities

• Spartan Capital Group is working with our Nashville-based client to hire a Payroll Specialist for their growing office!
• Assist with onboarding new employees to the payroll system
• Ensure appropriate taxes and other deductions are documented for employees
• Process payroll on a variety of pay schedules
• Answer questions related to payroll as needed
• Assist with report creation as related to payroll, taxes, and deductions
