Spartan Capital Group has partnered with our client, a rapidly growing health system, is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle IT Analyst! The Analyst will travel between 2 offices and do a lot of ad-hoc analysis. This position reports directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and supports advances in IT as it relates to revenue cycle
Assist with developing new policies and procedures
Prepare summary materials and presentations for meetings
Address all open tickets placed by end users
Investigate account errors, work with vendors, etc
Correct system flaw designs
Train on Cerner use, set up, and other functionality
Work with leadership through system optimizations
Participate in continual improvement
Project management
Presenting to upper management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field
5+ years of revenue cycle experience
Healthcare experience required
Strong communication skills
