Are you an experienced recruiter? Spartan Capital Group is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience for a well-established property management company located in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a hybrid (2 days/week remote), direct hire position doing full cycle recruiting in a fast paced, results driven, team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates
• Opening requisitions and writing job postings
• Sourcing through social media, LinkedIn, colleges, and other channels
• Working directly with the Hiring Manager and HR team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting (recruiting in the financial industry preferred)
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other online recruiting methods
• Excellent interpersonal skills and partnership with leadership teams
