COMPANY FOUNDATION

Armed with a dream, a table, and a laptop in a small Michigan office, Kurtis launched Spartan Capital Group with the vision of creating a better way to connect America’s greatest businesses with the nation’s best talent by streamlining the hiring process.

GROWTH

With his experience and passion for the people he serves, Kurtis formed Spartan Capital Group on a foundation of humility, integrity, consistency, and cutting-edge creativity. Soon after, he strategically partnered with his long-time trusted colleagues David Marsh, Scott Hine, and Bill Hampton.
