Spartan Capital Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our client with a growing market in the Chicago, Ill area. We are looking for a strong and experienced leader to join an industry leader with cutting edge technology and white glove service.
Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic initiatives, and achieving revenue targets within your designated region. We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong leadership acumen, a proven track record in sales, and a relentless "get it done" mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue within the region.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership acumen with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
