Spartan Capital Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our client with a growing market in the Chicago, Ill area. We are looking for a strong and experienced leader to join an industry leader with cutting edge technology and white glove service.

Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic initiatives, and achieving revenue targets within your designated region. We are looking for a results-driven individual with strong leadership acumen, a proven track record in sales, and a relentless "get it done" mentality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue within the region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership acumen with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a "get it done" mentality and a sense of urgency.
