Located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, this is a direct-hire fully onsite position paying up to $120k commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for leading a team to success and a heart for hands-on accounting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience in a leadership position
Experience with NetSuite accounting software
Strong teamwork mentality
Experience with asset management
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
Create and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to analyze financial data, provide financial advice and make strategic business decisions
Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial results, and prepare financial reports for senior management
Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation
