About this Role:
Spartan Capital Group is looking for an HR Generalist for a direct-hire position with a focus on Recruiting. The right professional for this role would be comfortable starting in the office for training and then can have the ability to work remotely after training—the occasional office visits for meetings and follow-ups.

HR Generalist Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with recruiting through job board postings, sourcing, screening, background checks, and final offer letter
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition to include educating the new employees on HR policies, internal regulations, and procedures
• Create official internal forms and documents regarding all HR functions, operations, employee relations, and employee performance
• Hands-on investigation into complaints or issues within the HR policy
• Assist with employee development plans and performance management
• Implement team building activities to continue employee engagement and motivation
• Research and maintain knowledge on the latest HR trends and practices

• Understanding of HR Compliance policies and payroll

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related years of experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or Sr. HR Coordinator
• HR Certifications are preferred
• Experience and knowledge of the recruitment life cycle
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer knowledge and literacy with capability in email, Microsoft Office, and other related HR software’s such as ADP or payroll
