Our Client in Seattle is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This person will play an important role in transitioning the company from a family owned and operated company to a professionally owned and operated company.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR
Provide full support for workday, including inputting new hires, status changes, exits and data integrity
Create policies and procedures
Update HR related documents
Employee relations
Recruiting
Qualifications
Experience with HR functions including; compensation, benefits EEO, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies
BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related area
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
Possess a strong understanding of HRIS and related functions
Proven Track record of sourcing and recruiting
