HR Manager – Hybrid (50/50)

Our Client in Seattle is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team.  This person will play an important role in transitioning the company from a family owned and operated company to a professionally owned and operated company. 


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR
  • Provide full support for workday, including inputting new hires, status changes, exits and data integrity
  • Create policies and procedures
  • Update HR related documents
  • Employee relations
  • Recruiting


  • Experience with HR functions including; compensation, benefits EEO, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies
  • BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related area
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Possess a strong understanding of HRIS and related functions
  • Proven Track record of sourcing and recruiting
