HR Manager opportunity for a seasoned HR professional, located in Metro Detroit. Hybrid work schedule.
The ideal candidate will have experience with and enjoys working within a manufacturing environment. This is a corporate HR position that will be providing support and HR oversight to approximately 6 facilities in the Midwest.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience (7+ years) navigating and leading crucial conversations, performance discussions, workforce planning sessions, goal planning sessions, compensation reviews and employee investigations to name a few.
This role is an excellent mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities. There are teams dedicated to recruiting, benefits and payroll that will provide those services to you and your assigned business units, so that you are able to focus on the needs of the business.
