Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within the Northeast Ohio region.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in various industries, including office buildings, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, retail facilities, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop comprehensive cleaning proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and consistently closing deals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within a professional services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with diverse clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying the value of our services.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the Northeast Ohio market and an established network of contacts within the business community is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits within the designated territory.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
