Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within the Northeast Ohio region.
Identify and approach potential clients in various industries, including office buildings, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, retail facilities, and more.
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop comprehensive cleaning proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and consistently closing deals.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales within a professional services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying the value of our services.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Knowledge of the Northeast Ohio market and an established network of contacts within the business community is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits within the designated territory.
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
