Job Summary: This exciting role as a Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the required quality standards for this amazing growing company! They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control measures, conducting quality audits, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures
Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions
Train team members on quality control measures and procedures
Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality requirements are met
Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure that external suppliers meet quality standards
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met or exceeded
Lead investigations of quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective
Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role
Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools
Experience with quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 or other quality management system standards is a plus.
