We are partnering with a leading innovator in the beverage equipment industry. As a Quality Inspector reporting to the Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing overall product quality and supporting the quality management system. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting meticulous inspections and testing of products, managing non-conforming materials, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. With a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, you will contribute to upholding our client's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products 
  • Identify and handle non-compliant parts promptly and efficiently.
  • Accurately mark, locate, and segregate materials based on acceptance or rejection criteria.
  • Ensure proper disposition of non-conforming material from production.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all quality-related processes
  • Facilitate proactive communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in quality-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems or similar software.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the assembly of multi-component equipment, is advantageous.
