We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks.
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Lead training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
Monitor and report key safety metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage hazardous material handling and disposal in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on expertise in high-tech or precision-focused industries.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and safety management systems.
Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include CSP, CIH, or equivalent (not required but highly desirable).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
