Spartan Strategies has partnered with our rapidly growing Event Management client located in the greater Nashville, TN area with an exclusive confidential search for a dynamic Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and achieve annual sales goals
Develop plans to target areas for growth and generate new sources of revenue
Lead ongoing relationships with existing customers and business partners in the assigned region
Attend trade shows and conventions to promote the company brand
Collaborate with leader to enhance the sales process and generate innovative ideas that can be adopted by the entire sales team
Work with internal teams to develop events designed to target new customers
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales; preferably in the hospitality, convention bureau or events industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven success of providing a high level of customer service during the sales process and throughout the client partnership
Excels at generating leads
Exceptional at targeting opportunities for growth
Technologically savvy - well versed in CRM software management
