Spartan Capital Group is currently in search of a recruiter of the highest caliber for our client in Farmington Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will have full cycle recruitment experience and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers on a specialized scale.
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
Day-to-Day:
Collaborate with hiring managers while identifying key strengths and technical proficiency that ensure success
Executive effective recruiting campaigns specific to the industry to drive a pipeline of top talent
Utilize different sourcing channels including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and professional organizations
Conduct thoughtful phone interviews that consist of industry/role specific questions, assess candidates’ strengths and motivations, and apply consideration for factors relative to team and cultural fit
Maintain a superior candidate experience with follow-up and high-level communication
Prepare offer letters and other candidate communications.Negotiate offers as necessary.
Qualifications:
5 years full-cycle recruitment experience (from sourcing to background checks) required
Proactive style recruitment
Strong communicator, both with hiring managers and candidates
Detail oriented
Bachelor’s Degree required
