One of our marketing clients in Flint is hiring a direct hire Pricing Manager that will report to the CFO working on the development and execution of a pricing strategy. The company is growing and this role would have high visibility to the leadership of the organization. The role will be predominantly onsite with potential for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Prepare pricing recommendations for new products
Review margin analysis and pricing compared to competitors
Negotiate pricing issues with the sales team
Document proposal cost assumptions by working with appropriate departments
Evaluate new business development opportunities and assist with the supporting paperwork
Identify cost control measures and profit improvement
Interpret and analyze operating summaries to recommend actions
Monitor programs to make sure they are operating with certified cost assumptions
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or other business related degree
3+ years of financial, business, and/or pricing analytics experience
Very strong quantitative skills
Knowledge of entire Microsoft Office Suite
